It is understood that in the event of this project not being completed under the Society's survey, the Society reserves the right to charge its services pro rata.

WE HEREBY DECLARE THAT CHINA CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED TO GAIN THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS FROM THE PREVIOUS CLASS SOCIETY.
